Our Koders must meet the following criteria:
- Pass KODE's proprietary coding assessment to be eligible for each chart type
- Certified via AHIMA and/or the AAPC with at least one of the following credentials based on the medical record type: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, or CPC
- Pass professional and personal screening procedures
- Pass background checks, including OIG Screening
